I am posting a picture of the air temperature coming out of my heater. In fact it is a picture of the very first time it came on, I was so excited when it started. About an hour after it came on my home furnice never came on until it got dark outside. So if we are ready to get started, let`s go. When i built mine I did it at 4x8, that was a common size (not much to cut). The next thing to do is get some 1x3 for the sides. When I did it I screwed them and glued them down for strength. After you are done it should look something like this.....
